Comic & Curious Cats

Linda Jane Smith's humorous cat prints have been delighting fans around the world for 18 years, and her highly detailed scenes, populated by cartoon cats, have become much sought after international best sellers.

Often dubbed as a 'naive' painter, Linda believes the word 'illustrative' more accurately defines her personal style. Painting in a pointillist style, she builds up layers of rich colour and texture in her highly sought after limited edition prints. Being an avid collector herself, her own personal objects frequently appear in her work, creating a strong affinity with her fans.

Painter, interior designer and author of four books with cat themes, there's no limit to Linda's talents. Her art is widely reproduced in popular greetings cards and on posters making it instantly recognisable. Since 2001, Linda's fabulous feline characters have been lovingly portrayed in three dimensional form in the Comic & Curious Cats Collection which are now available to you through MacKenzie Jewellers .
