Tax Exemption.

All destinations will have VAT charged at the current rate of 15%.

Local Taxes.

mackenziejewellers.co.uk or A Connolly & Buchanan are not responsible for any local taxes or customs duties.

Ordering.

Once you have selected an item or items you wish to purchase we will check the availability and if unavailable will advise you by email of when that piece will be back in stock. If you then wish to have the item placed on back order we will be happy to email you to ensure that piece is still required. You will be advised by email when any order has been dispatched to you.

Payment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except Amex), cheques and money orders. 

Returns.

At mackenziejewellers.co.uk we pride ourselves on the quality of our service, selling only the highest quality goods to meet the high standards our customers desire. Some of these items are 'art' products, handmade and unique, therefore two pieces are frequently never the same.

You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within twenty eight days of receipt. When we have recieved the returned goods a full refund of the original purchase price will be processed unless you prefer a replacement item or gift certificate. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

We highly recommend that the item being returned should be carefully packed and sent via a mail service that provides shipment tracking and insurance.

If your order is received damaged / broken we require you to notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of order, photographs of the damaged / broken goods and their packaging can always be of help. It should be noted two members of staff carefully check all items prior to packing and shipment.

Shipping & Handling .

All goods are fully insured against transit loss or breakage. Special delivery options such as 'next day' or 'express' delivery incur an additional charge, which we will quote upon request.

Shipping prices quoted at the point of order are a minimum charge and may vary due to the final weight of the shipment. Should there be an excess charge the customer will be notified by email or telephone prior to their order being processed. This would be regarded as a highly unusual circumstance and any extra charge would be quoted at cost only.

Delivery Schedule.

All goods will normally be dispatched within five business days. Goods delivered within the UK will normally take three to five working days from dispatch although next day delivery can be arranged at an extra cost. Goods delivered to mainland Europe will normally take between five to fifteen working days from dispatch.

Back Orders.

If any of the goods ordered are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee.

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the event that the delivered goods do not come up to your expectation they can be returned to us for a full refund or replacement. Simply advise us if you are dissatisfied and we will confirm the returns procedure. Do not return goods before receiving our confirming instruction.
